• Taurine is an important amino acid necessary for the normal development of the retina and the brain. Taurine has an antioxidant activity and also plays many roles in the body. For example, it is involved in the production of bile acids in the liver, is a component necessary for the absorption of fats and also demonstrates a central role as a neurotransmitter.

Dosage

Adults: one (1) capsule three (3) time a day in the form of food supplement or according to the instructions of a professional health. Keep out of reach of children.
