Description
Triphala, or “3 fruits”, combines Amla (Bibhitaki, and Haritaki fruits in a certified organic intestinal tincture to promote strong digestion that also acts as a supportive tonic for whole body health. Taken after the evening meal, Triphala offers powerful digestive support from the ancient healing system of Ayurveda.
Dosage
Adults: Take 4 to 6 mL (120 to 180 drops) once daily in a little water approximately two hours after the evening meal.
